Figure 8) are emphasised by placing them in ovals. The resulting motif is simply the 58 leaf nodes read in left to right order: GC{3}|G{4}|C{4}|CG{1}C{2}|GG{4}C+|G(G|C){4}|G(G|C){4}|C{3}. The fragment just shows the right most end: |G(G|C){4}|C{3}. The motif is equivalent to GGGG|CGCC|G(G|C){4}|CCC.
