Results are shown averaged across 20 replicates with standard error bars. All weighted methods (wASTRID, wASTRAL) ran on gene trees reannotated with IQ-TREE aBayes support branch support and lengths. ASTRID and wASTRID-s are more accurate than ASTRAL and wASTRAL-h, with a slight accuracy advantage to the weighted methods over the unweighted ones
