Two tree topologies: The tree T 1 (left) representing – up to unsafe branches – the "Topology I trees" was computed for our sequence family using CLUSTALW, and T 2 (right) representing – up to unsafe branches – the "Topology II trees" was computed using DIALIGN. The bootstrapping frequencies are shown for the safe branches of each tree. Note that the safe branches in T1 separating{S 17, S 18}, {S 16, S 17, S 18, S 19}, and {S 20, S 21, S 22}, respectively, from the sequences disapper in T2.
