Heatmaps (red for induction and green for repression, genes are indicated in rows and conditions are shown in columns) of biclusters with comparable co-expression of the bicluster genes across non-bicluster conditions. In each figure, the left heatmap shows expression of the bicluster genes (rows) in the bicluster conditions (columns) and the right heatmap shows expression of the bicluster genes in the remaining conditions. All of them were chosen from top 10 biclusters output by the respective algorithms, the rank is indicated in the parenthesis.
