Sequence adjust. Mutations are always possible, suppose p is paired with q in T and p is paired with q1 in one competitor and q2 in another one. For a fixed nucleotide at p there are at most two scenarios, since a base can pair with at most two different bases. For instance, for G we have the pairs G-C,G-U. We display all nucleotide configurations (LHS) and their corresponding solutions (RHS).
