Hierarchical clustering performed on the correlation of the weighting matrix ( γi,k) calculated for the Ovarian dataset. This dataset have been run in 13 batches. Each batch has a different color (gray scale). The assigned gray scale is done according to date of hybridization. A gray scale band is added in top of the figure. It can be observed that the weights are similar for samples hybridized in similar batches.
