Impact of MowgliNNI on transfer rate inferred on a real dataset of “universal families”. Comparison of Mowgli, MowgliNNI and Prunier [29] on the basis of their transfer rate per million year per gene family, for prokaryotic phyla having mono-copy universal families (i.e. families having one copy of the gene for each genome of the considered phylum). No mono-copy universal family was found for Proteobacteria.
