An illustrative example of construction of functional interactions between two protein complexes. Protein complexes 13S condensing (ID: 10) and DNA ligase IV-condensin (ID: 353) compose of five and three protein elements, respectively. Functional interactions between these two protein complexes are specified based on shared protein elements, shared annotating GO terms, or protein interactions.
